nopeAre there any ticketed members on here that have their membership cards as yet? I'm not talking about the packs but the card to get you into the ground on game day.
I remember reading that the cards would come after the packs, but not the date they said, possibly Feb... Membership cards will be posted to Members starting the week of January 18, 2016. If you purchase a Membership after this point, you will receive your Membership card two weeks after purchase.
Just received my members pack.
First time I've ever been impressed by the quality. The key ring is awesome (already on my key set) I never ever wear hats but this one is genuinely good quality and would be the closest I'd ever go to actually wearing one, a nice sharks/blades waterproof bag that I'll definitely be using a nice lanyard for my members card.

Just a quick update to say the Club is at roughly 8.5K members. This is a great result this far out from the start of the season. I expect there will be an influx of GA (General Admission) memberships closer to kick off, as these are not reserved seating.
In regards to the delivery of the membership passes, it is worth mentioning that this is all handled by a third party (Ticketek). There have been ongoing issues with Ticketek for a number of years, not just for the Sharks but a number of other Clubs that have a contract with them. From my point of view, I hope we won't be with them much longer. I have had multiple issues with them for a number of events I have purchased tickets for over the years.
If you haven't already become a member, I would encourage you to join up. The Club has been working very hard to make this season the best ever for members, from the quality of the Members Pack and value for money, all the way through to the game day experience.

Is it the club's decision to use Ticketek or is it forced on all clubs by the NRL?
It's a contractual thing, I'm not 100% sure how it works but I hear we are looking elsewhere.
