Maybe I'm reading into it too much, but anyone else find it sort of interesting that no real fullback prospects are being used there? Dunno if that means Burt is more likely? You'd think whoever our best fullback prospect is would have got a game there. You'd think if Pickerd was any chance he'd have played there in cup against men to see how he'd handle it.

i have found our whole 20's selection panel retarded for the last year and a bit.

callum was one of the best fullbacks in his age group, pickerd was the best centre in his age group, and when they are both in the same 20's team, theyswap.

when they play nsw cup, they swap back.

callum was good at the back, but he can make mistakes. like a routine grubber he could of cleaned up, he slid for it, knocked it with his knee and nearly conceded an embarrassing try.

pickerd, you could tell he had lost his defensive awareness at centre having spent that much time at fullback, that the manly centre just abused him. to be fair though, that manly centre had big wraps on him in the write up, and he lived up to the hype.
