The facts are we are enduring the perfect Storm of Misfortune.
Players jumping ship, coach AWOL, injuries, ASADA
MORALE is at rock bottom - granted.
However, BELOW is the team that defeated the Cowboys in the elimination semi even with a busted Carney
We could have beaten Manly a week later if he was fit , to make a GRAND FINAL.
Sure the game rules have changed.
BUT, the nucleus of last years squad is still here (when we get them all back fit and on the park) and might be even better if good fortune comes our way.
