The one thing i did find funny about the game after Chads 3rd line drop it went past the 30m line on the full and got he got a cheer from the crowd.
I think if that 3rd dropout went along the ground again I would have thrown my tv through the lounge room window, I haven't got the sh**s with a sharks game like that for a long time...Well since the week before anyway. :)

I'd prefer to watch Cam Smith if you're talking about what works at dummy-half.

He looks almost effortless and with absolutely no urgency at all.

Such an incredible tradesman.

Yup just watch the way he passes from dummy half, so relaxed and composed. Our hookers on the other hand are panicking like crap I better get this ball to a forward before I am caught with it and don't have a plan!

Haha, nice. But you appeared to have missed a mongoloid.

Minechello's ok mate, granted he does look a bit weird

Yeah, I did the same. I cringe when I see us trying to execute a backline move. Poor Gordon got hammered in the second half there when Sio just zeroed in on him. I that move was going to fool anyone. A lot of it has to do with Robson. The bloke just can't sell anything. I know when he is going to run, pass and kick. He is just that predictable. The reason why Cronk and Thurston are so dangerous is that they have a lot of option runners and every one of them could get the ball. That is hard to defend against as opposed to our backline move by numbers.

That's what makes it so funny when robbo gets through the line with a dummy. You think the opposition would have seen it coming lol. I think for a guy who is not too creative and who is often predictable he goes alright. Not trolling...

The worst part about our backline movements is that as simple and predictable as they are we still can't execute the things properly with players over or under running on their lines, dropping the ball ect. It looks like we are still training and practicing the actual move out there! The NSW cup team do a better job of this and that's not a Chad thing, they just seem better drilled and more encouraged to play some attacking football.

I think if that 3rd dropout went along the ground again I would have thrown my tv through the lounge room window, I haven't got the sh**s with a sharks game like that for a long time...Well since the week before anyway. :)

This is the part that even if Chad is not playing his normal position he should be able to manage a few drop outs... give it to Michael Gordon next time I think....

I'm just finally watching the game. 20mins in: Gordon outstanding. Pomeroy's defensive positioning needs to die. Lewis aimed up in defense to get the boys fired up and it made a difference. Chad's fifth tackle kicks haven't been too crash hot. Robson boring. Morris is getting the job done. Fafita is a standout for me, big efforts, clinical no frills proppin'.

Second eels try, Pom not on his man. Degois showing an improvement and great urgency. Gallen so far hasn't overplayed his hand though he has been taking a fair few runs. Graham has been excellent in my opinion.

Whoever is teaching the Eels to hold onto to defenders in tackles to earn penalties is doing a great job.
