Same old story as a few weeks ago.

Yep we the Refs ****ed up, not much we can do now sorry ****s.

It's just arrogant that he didn't check that case, he didn't have an issue using the video ref all afternoon other then that.

I hate the fact you can't get too excited once a try is scored these days because you know there will likely be a review. I'd be happy getting rid of it and and having in goal refs again. I know I'm living in la la land though.

Spot on, jump out of my seat cheering only to have to wait 5 minutes for it to be confirmed. Same with any big hit these days, you just know that a penalty will be given.

The over refereeing of this game has gotten beyond ridiculous. And so has the predictability of the way they referee a game, if you get a few penalties early you know there'll be a square up and then you know they won't blow any penalties in the last 10 minutes

Don't care how long it takes or how much technology is involved. I just want them to get the decisions right, that's should be the main goal.

Agree. Their desire to not upset people is only making it worse and upsetting so many more people. Now it's gone too far and the pricks are too embarrased to wind the clock back.

No I would hate that. You still would have the feeling of not really celebrating a try properly at the time.

If they get the right decision then I'm OK with it, even if it makes the game longer.

I'd like them to bring the captains challenge into the NRL like they've had in NYC for the last few years. Gal could have used it on the Horo intercept for example. Could have been used for the Holmes try against the Dragons but still

Nah I'm on the opposite side of that. I can handle the odd mistake if we don't have to sit through 10 replays at a time, they still get things wrong now anyway. Drives me up the wall.

You win some, you lose some.

That's not going to change with the captain's call. Our under 20s have been dudded a couple of times for picking the wrong ones to appeal and not having any challenges left. It's still the wrong decision.

And wrong decisions are always going to happen. Even if they get 100% of the try calls right (which is impossible) there's still going to be in-game decisions that are wrong.

We just have to accept that mistakes will be made.

And the other thing is, it doesn't even need to be a mistake for something to be controversial. People have a different take on the same event. How often do we argue about try/ no try decisions on here...

Still means **** all. The two games we threw away earlier this season came back to bite us.

yes and no. Every team could say that though. Those 2 losses we win, we coulda dropped the Titans game on the GC, or had another tight result not go our way.

This was a decision that was blatantly wrong, and with a few minutes to go should have been a penalty, which no doubt we took the 2, or maybe went another set of 6. Going back to earlier games in the season does nothing. Neither does going over this pathetic decision.

However, we hear all the time bout refs making errors and what if it was in a big game etc. Well for regular season games, that was as big as it gets in terms of what a win meant, and what a loss meant. Although i do have doubts that if that try was over-ruled and we got a penalty we probably took the 2, then did something stupid and manly score a converted try on full time or something.

Shoulda woulda coulda. If we are good enough to win the grand final this year we will win all our games from here. Thats all that matters now

Something tells me you wouldn't be saying that if it was a deciding try in the Grand Final.

I have had a hollow feeling in my guts all week after that loss.....now its a hollow angry feeling.....the bastards dead set robbed us....any public apology I think not....what if it was the cowgirls that copped this....there would be an outcry of huge proportions.
Is it true that they also said Ennis scored ...if so that will do me.
Hypothetically ....the score would of been what...16 to 6......fmd
p.s.just threw the last line in there to stir the pot
