If only premierships were won with second halves... we have serious issues starting games, we can't keep waiting for the half time pep talk from coachey and for the opposition to lose motivation and get complacent

This reminds me a bit of the 2008 prelim against Storm where they just scored at will out wide all night and we had zero answer, we just have not muscled up enough tonight, it's not just bad reads like usual

Wright & Robson total shockers

Injuries have been a problem this year, but I reckon this year is the ASADA year we had to have. Last year we managed to survive and thrive despite it, but thi year it is at the heart of a lot of grief.

My question is will we finally be ASADA free next year, finally have a coach and a team without that to think about. Right now I don't really care who we recruit or not, I just want no ASADA and no social media scandals for one whole season. Maybe Santa Claus is listening.

I think part of the reason we are getting a few wraps in the 2nd half is the ease in the way the Storm rolled through in in the first.

They expected another easy 30 points...tonight has been a shocker.

The only upside I can see is that we didnt become the first side to score 0 in 5 games in a season...yet...

Won't matter, we will still choke bad in games like this, it's the Sharkies way. I'm not confident the Sharks will ever get to the level a team (albeit a cheating one) like the Storm have and therefore be able to actually compete in the big games at the business end. Storms season on the line and ofcourse they turn it on, we have made them look better by being crap but quality sides know how to win games. We have zero plan on how to win games, I don't care who the **** superstars we sign or how perfect our off field situation might be

And I am over the injury excuses this year because while that has a massive impact on a NRL's team ability to perform even with a full strength squad we would be getting embarrassed every week

Seriously. Who here can honestly say that they would be confident in us lifting that trophy in the next 5 years. Can you see it happening?

ASADA didn't make us play like this. Haha fair dinkum sick of this excuse
Does Carney stuff up all year and make the mistakes he makes that lead to his sacking if Flanno is around. Possibly not. Is our injury management as good without the head coach? Do our captain and vice captain play as well all year with that hanging over them? Do we recruit better in the off season without ASADA? Do we recruit some players mid season without ASADA? For example if Carney is still here and our coach and no ASADA does Moga sign for us and not the cows.

It's no excuse but it's no coincidence either.

We lost tonight for the same reason half the premier league will never win the comp. Money. Half our cap not on the field means we lose. Same goes for any team.

Another good game from M.Pior lead from the front.
A couple of penalties in the first half trying to slow the play down.
Other than that plenty of meters and tackles.
