Being a Mexican, the only game I've seen live this year was south of the border. (**** fan/gringo)

We looked so slow laterally in that game. The Storm were speedy in everything they did and in comparison we looked like we were walking on the moon.

From those of you who've been going to see them live, does our lateral speed seem to have picked up through the season? I'm talking offense and defense. Or are we grinding and grafting like the cliches purport?

nah mate we are definitely quicker. Even our line speed in defence is the quickest it's been in year's. Notice we actually move up now rather then sitting back.

Our attitude in Melbourne this year was disgraceful. Hope they are looking to get even

Cheers, I have a bit more confidence about Monday night now.

We didn't look like we belonged in the same competition in that game. Not just from lack of trying but we looked like we had led in our boots.

from being at that game as well and being a melbournian now, the ball was moved laterally a lot, but it was where Barba was in the defensive line that was a problem. Our defence was also much better with lewis defending next to him.

I dont think it should be an issue this time around.

Agree but we're really 2 wins behind with our f/a. I also get the feeling we'll drop a game.

Which means if we win 3/4 we are still a chance. If Souths keep last night up though it will be tough to catch them.

Not like cronulla to get anything done the easy way.

We have to win at least 3/4 if we want a top 4 spot now, thanks to the ****ing cowboys. Not impossible...

In your head, rent free
3/4 should be the benchmark to aim for anyway

the wildcard game is Manly

if we are guaranteed 5th or 6th no matter what in round 26, win lose or draw, id run at the gigots of the team

Keary and Luke could both be suspended - shoulder charge and dangerous tackle respectively. So that certainly weakens Souths a bit if they are.

Can't stand Keary something about him makes me want to punch him in the throat ... with my foot.

Hahaha.

I still think where we finish is kind of in our hands. Win all 4 and I'm certain we finish top 4. Win 3 and we still have a decent chance.
