Apparently porter was really ill before the game and needed a needle.
So if this is true 10/10 effort.

He was

Defensively today we have never been better - Got to say Easts were pretty ordinary , very ordinary actually but that second half they tried everything and got no where - our scramble was great our assists were excellent , cover was brilliant .

Too many superlatives to describe todays effort - good to see the club afterwards too do a great business - Smiles all round today

Wooloo-where??
There's no better feeling than being a sharks supporter after a win. That's the scalps of both grand finalists from last year

Had we lost this one, I think we could write off rest of the year. But today must be a massive confidence injection to the boys. Bring on the eels!!!

Well, that was a very pleasing result and glad that we had a win for my birthday weekend.
Even more pleasing was travelling all the way back to Taree with my Roosters-supporting brother-in-law...hahaha.

Is this a new breed of Snowman?

First you have given up on Smith. Now a rap for Porter???

What is this world coming to? Before you know it you will only post once every few days.

If that was true.

Why didn't M.Wright take all shots at goal then?

A great win, great crowd, great weather, great attack 1st half, great defence 2nd half, great beers in the league club after the game.

NOT a great round for my tipping..

is it any coincidence that the win co-insides with the most local juniours to play in agesss?

Well, I've been in Canberra for nearly two weeks and was trying hard to get back for this game. Unfortunately, I didn't make it, typical - the boys pulled out a big win!

Would have loved to be there with the big crowd to celebrate.

Watched the second half of the game when I got home, our defense was fantastic! To win that game without Smith, Gardner, Williams and with Aiton injured, shows that we can win any game if we want it bad enough.

What about Stewart Mills on debut?!?! Told you he was a good'un!:good:

i was listening to the radio on the way home and a bloke rekons that the roosters should have got a penalty for a head high on carney against snowden. i dont remember it BUT they were offside for so long!!! they got away with murder in the ruck and it was a massive square up at the end.

first i thought sour grapes

Then this and now im ropable

The roosters have appealed to the NRL that our medical facilities are not up to it. This is in regards to the compund fracture to tom symonds and a dislocated shoulder for linnet (i think)

Firstly what facilities do we need, a surgery room????? or how about a hospital wing!!!!

there is always an ambulance to take these guys to hospital out the back of the et stand! what more can we possibly do! someone tell me what facilities or pieces of equipment could have been used to fix this. none!!!

meanwhile

UP UP CRONULLA :cheers

What a silly post!

We need to supply at least a room where any medical proceedures, from bandaging to pain relief etc can be carried out in a safe manner. But most importantly, if we provide a table to put an injured player on to assess their level of injury, that peice of furniture should at the very least STAY UPRIGHT and not colapse underneath them.

Is this not something we would wish for our own team, when playing at the opposition home ground?

Well done to the boys, they really dug deep especially in defense.

The way the last 3 years have gone for us I was starting to get a little over the footy in general.
I can only take so much but the boys gave me a much needed rise and got me interested in the footy again.

Hopefully we can keep it up next Monday night against Parra.

Can you believe we are only 2 points out of the top 8 even after the crap season we have had so far?

Can't believe Mills got run down, he can't be the fastest at the club!!

I think Gordon would kill him, but I reckon Mills had his eyes more on the fullback and cover defenders and that slowed him.

Pickard, Gardner and Gordon would be the 3 fastest i reckon.

The Roosters are ****ing whingers from the chairman right down to the fans.

A couple of Roosters chicks had a shot at SLS,Snowman and sharks4ever for slagging off at Todd Carney.

The Roosters have sealed themselves as the biggest whingers in the game alongside Manly.
