So does anyone from thew club actually know what the ground's capacity is? Pretty ordinary if they don't.

i tweeted them and got a reply that they found room

they copped a mouthful from someone else about it as they were told that tickets were almost sold out, then said they found extra room

How do you "find extra room" at a stadium? Were they unaware of this mystic area over the last 50 years? Knew it was ridiculous that our capacity dropped by 4k.

What about the Flexi 5 tickets though? They never really know how many of those people are going to show up. Some members would have 5 tickets still sitting there to be used. They might have capped sales at 18,000 in case another 2,000-4,000 show up.

Maybe they need to have a different system for flexi 5 tickets. Firstly, the fact they can't be used for the local derby is stupid. Secondly, maybe they reduce the cost of flexi 5 membership by a certain amount. When you want to use it for a game you logon to ticketek and pay $5 to 'book' your ticket. That way they know how many of them will definitely be attending and your spot is reserved.

The stadium capacity is 22,000 or 22,500. But due to all the jumping castles on the hill, a few extra food vans, marquees etc it drops.

Seriously, if the sensible capacity of the stadium is 18K with all that extra **** there, so be it. Thats the first time in a while we've had that many people turn up.

Shouldnt matter. If you buy tickets at the start of the year for general admission to any game (im cool with the local derby thing, i understand what they are trying to achieve there) you shouldnt have to allocate them. On sunday morning you should be able to say, yep im going i know ill get in cos i have a ticket.

Besides, if we have 11,000 members, which i am assuming include interstate/regional people. That still leaves almost the same amount again for available tickets.

No member should have to go through anything else to go to a game once theyve bought their members package at the start of the year. Need to entice people to buy it.

I understand where you come from in regards to fitting people into games if other ticket holders arent showing up. But same could go for seated memberships. How many buy seats but only go to half the games? plenty

Yeah I know but what if all ga tickets are sold before you turn up? You won't be getting in with a flexi 5. Probably not really worth discussing I suppose as it never happens.

Disagree with you on the derby though. Flexi 5 should absolutely include this game. When's the last one to sell out?
