Since we are now guaranteed a "home" semi final, if manly beat the storm saturday ruling us out of a shot for top 4 would you rest any players against the cowboys?

Just smaller minutes ovr the next 2 weeks and then make him play massive minutes in the finals.

Will beau need another week off? whats up with him?

On the flipside of taking a rest is the issue of match fitness. I wouldn't want to see the "rested" players going in to the semi-finals a touch underdone and tiring in the last 10 minutes of the game either. It's a bit of a balancing act.

Engadine, gods country.
we shoudlnt need to rest anyone. most of the team have had a rest due to injury. last night was the first time we were basically full strength (missing gibbs).

If we have 5th spot wrapped up going into the game against Canberra, I'd play fifita, gal and lewy low minutes. Still give them a run for a bit of fitness, but 70-80 minutes wouldn't be required from them like usual.

Commentators said he had a bad case of the runs, the ol' number 2's that feel like number 1's.

Not injured.

LOL maybe he was a little embaressed if anything.

And I agree with giving fifita, gal and lewy anywhere between 50-60 minutes each an still try have 1-2 of them on the field at the same time.

Graham had a massive stint on the bench didn't he?

Think he suffered some head / neck issue from that hit SBW put on him. Never know though maybe it was a bad case on the runs after the hit. Hope not.

In your head, rent free
no resting players from the game, just during the game... like how wade got a rest last night... lewy should get some rest as well.

maybe even start heino and bring lewy on when the forwards are tired.

he looked good in the centres last night

Flanno said he copped a head knock and was a bit disorientated

Yeah, give Lewy, Fifita and perhaps Carney lower minutes (assuming we run away with one of the next games).

Who play's 5/8? Carney doesn't need a rest, he doesn't tackle anyway
