79th MIN: TRY SHARKS - The Sharks go length of the field and Robinson has his second of the day.
77th MIN: TRY SHARKS - Young Dean Britt scores a try on debut in the VB NSW Cup as he charges onto the ball at a great angle and scores under the posts. Stapo turns it into 6 and that might just about do us.
73rd MIN: TRY ROOS - A nice try to the Roos as a wonder ball by Penese finds Corrigan who runs it over for the Roos third.
70th MIN: The sizzle has fizzled out of this one. The Sharks are still hungry for more points but a few errors have crept back into their play.
65th MIN: TRY ROOS - A quick tap by Molan after a Sharks penalty, and the nuggetty number six does well to burrow over with the Sharks defensive too slow to get back in position. Williams converts it off the posts and the deficit is back to 18.
60th MIN: TRY SHARKS - Another great short ball near the Roos line looked set to put Masima over for a double but a great tackle denied him but somehow he popped a miracle ball and Robinson scores the simpliest of tries. Stapo misses his first of the day but they lead it by 24.
55th MIN: The result looks a foregone conclusion, the margin is now all that matters. Can the home side limit the damage or will the visitors help their percentage.
50th MIN: TRY SHARKS - The floodgates appear to be opening here as a crazy passage of play sees the Roos hand the ball straight over to Cronulla who immediately attack to the left and Stapo wins the race to the corner for his second. Another great kick by Stapleton and they lead by 20.
46th MIN: TRY SHARKS - A great ball by Moors has put Masima into a yawning gap and scores the easiest of tries. Stapo keeps his perfect record intact and the Sharks skip clear.
45th MIN: The Sharks will go right on the attack again here after a simple knock on by the Roos gifts the Sharks the ball 30m out.
41st MIN: The Sharks make a good fist of their opening set and have pinned the Roos down in their own half. Great first set for the visitors.
HALF TIME: Its 12-4 to the Sharks at half time. The Roos had the better of it early and the Sharks much the same late. Big second half coming up.
33rd MIN: TRY SHARKS - The Sharks go back to back as Gardner heads to the corner which he was forced into touch earlier and spins out of a pretty poor attempted tackle to waltz over. Stapo adds the extras and its 12-4 Sharks.
28th MIN: TRY SHARKS - Finally the Sharks get over the line as the ball eventually gets into the hands of Robinson out wide who draws a defender and puts Stapo over in the corner. Stapo converts his own try from out wide and the Sharks lead by 2.
25th MIN: Another chance goes begging for Cronulla as Gardner almost went over in the corner but was ruled to have gone into touch half a metre out.
21st MIN: The Sharks are butchering chances here at present, the Roos are scrambling well but the Sharks just need some composure and points should be coming soon.
17th MIN: The Roos have 10 mins minus a man after the Sharks kicked a great 40/20 and while trying to take a quick tap, Corrigan deliberately slowed down the ruck and denied the Sharks a try scoring opportunity.
10th MIN: TRY ROOS - First points to the home side after another penalty hands them good field position and Williams goes to the short side and quick hands puts Clacherty over. Williams cant add the extras but they lead 4-0.
5th MIN: Still 0-0. The Roos have started the better of the two sides courtesy of a few cheap penalties.
1st MIN: Underway and the Roos have completed their first set.
