Yep, Red Rooster is now the catering partner for Toyota Stadium.

Any idea how that works financially fitz? Do they pay rent or some kind or a guaranteed fee, or does the Club get a cut of the turnover?

(i.e. is the amount of money generated by the deal fixed or does it fluctuate with crowd numbers?)

Also, who was the deal with before?

Good to see Red Rooster getting behind us, it was already my favourite fast food chain but even more so now.

I'm not a big fan of Red Rooster but they're really good at this sort of thing. Nandos for the win though.

I seem to remember getting told once that the club did not get a take of the food sales, only the rent for the space from the vendor. Beer sales is totally the clubs take. That's why I take my own food but buy plenty of beer - to support the Club! :drunk

Not sure if this is still the case with Red Rooster.

I'm not sure of what the arrangements of the contract are.

I know that there will be Red Rooster goal post pads and some extra signage and that Red Rooster will be putting on a variety of different foods at different locations around the ground.

I think it's a no brainer that the quality and variety will be better than the crap that was on offer in previous years.

Sounds good, especially the pads and so on as well. And as you say, the bonus of the crowd getting a better feed at the game.
