I’m fine with pretty much all calls except for two which has tarnished the whole game for me.

First was the nicho “knock on” that led to them scoring a try.

But more importantly was that captains challenge in the last minute or so of the game. That was a clear lost ball. We had done enough by that point to win the game. That should have been our ball and we would have had a full set to close the game out. That has totally ruined the NRL for me.

Maybe I’m just bitter and have my sharks goggles on but that was the big call that was just blatant robbery in my opinion

Anyway I can’t see us getting up for another big game next week. That was our one chance to make the big one but straight sets unfortunately is the way for us.

What disappoints me most are the errors from the senior players.

Looks we made 2nd, great result from last year.

But **** it's hard to be positive after losing that opportunity.
It's disappointing when we could've won in regular time. Keep it basic, complete sets, play it safe and trust the defense to see out regular time. Errors cost us and invited them back in (which has been our problem this season) , Finucane knock on in last minutes shouldn't have happened, alot of pressure on him to receive

Hard to argue against both calls... but I've got a problem with the 10m penalty that lead up to the Tracey sin bin. Could have blown million of them and then picks that one out.
Boom - saved me saying it - could of blown 20 offside penalties in the last 15 minutes and he blew 1 ….FMD…

Ramien was on the outside of Val, it's a clear no try.
Outside or not, he fell over, there was no obstruction. Holmes ran into Jesse to make it look like it.

5. Defensive decisions that commit defender to initiating contact with an attacking player(s) will not be deemed obstruction

IMO the person in possession of the ball should be on their own. They shouldn't be allowed assistance from their team mates.

I don't like it. May as well be rugby with a rolling maul.

It's a penalty every day of the week

I know we want to look at moments to see where this went wrong, but we never had the ascendancy in that game. The cows had faster play the balls and a bit more energy and I think the result was a fair indication of the two sides performances

I thought we were the better team but things didn't go our way.

Disagree - I thought we were the better team in the end we were up by 8 with 10 to go. Sin bin was fair but we defended well with 12 men. Had them covered until cows were gifted a penalty

Shouldn't of happened if Finucane held onto the ball.

Thoughts on Wade ?
For me Wilton left edge 80 minutes.
Wade captaining Jets .
Miller or Metcalf on bench

Did we miss Tolmans defensive work in the middle? Does alot of cover defense and does the 1 percenters like putting pressure on opposition
