This needs to be a lot more precise not to throw off any valid options.

For example a poll for rate your top 4 props from 1-4.

(which who knows maybe we will go with 3 props and an extra backrower/fringe prop)

Yeah this will be good.

Even in the positions where only one player plays - ie halfback - it would be good to list preferences.
