It's still not the worst team. Can't blame people for picking Collis. Who knew Matt Wright would be a wing choice? And that Williams would be this good? Tim Smith is a joke, did people really select him? Everything else is fine. Aiton was better than Morris last year and Morris has more utility value so that made sense.

But obviously the team we have now is preferred, because it's won two games in a row.

I can understand everything that was picked in that side at the time bar Tim Smith. But knowing what I know today I would be very disappointed to see that side run out now.

Morris is playing great footy ATM, feels like we could use aitons bench spot for Vave!

Is morris capable of playing for 80 minutes?

I don't think aiton has played very well so far this year, although he did miss one game and head butt someone in another. Hopefully he plays very well in new zearland. I am undecided if we shoud re-sign him.

Im not sure if morris can, we be great if he could but when Aiton was out with supsension Flanagan came in for aiton. So that would prob suggest he cant.

elaborate please

Morris has turned into a genuine proper hooker, he has every part of his game in top shape at the moment. Aiton isn't as complete a hooker. No kicking game from what I know.

Morris is in heaps better form in general.

Not only would I not start Aiton over Morris, as a coach I'd be reluctant to take Morris off unless he was really tired. You'd almost be tempted to leave him out there for 80.

I would not swap Morris and Aiton. Aiton is best suited as an impact player coming from the bench as his major strength is darting from dummy half taking advantage of tired defenders.

Also Morris' kicking game has been the best of any of our players over long distance sadly, he is the only one that manages to hit the ground on long kicks at the moment.
Morris' defence has also been very good this season and I believe we have actually looked much sharper in attack and defence with Morris on the field then Aiton so far IMO.

Just on a side note about the hookers but I wouldn't mind seeing Flanno having another crack coming off the bench. Considering Aiton hasn't really done anything productive this year, why not?

Give him a break. He's only played two games and come off the bench in both with limited time. And it's not like he's been bad.

Morris has suprised me how good at hooker he is super fit and probably could do 80 mins easy if we wonna use aiton as an impact player then we have to use him earlier but he is really wasted in that position J-Mo has been outstanding

having john morris on the field is like having another halfback on there. an old head and a quality player who will tackle all day, back up on offloads and is a 3rd option for kick on last tackle. Also great for wade and AB to give advice and take the lead if they dont know what to do.

morris is playing great footy at the moment.he is also very useful in his utility value-he can play halves and outside backs if needed.having aiton on the bench just solidifies the side if we need morris elsewhere.

john williams.very impressed with his attitude and work so far.real no-nonsense winger.and his goal kicking was great last week.

my jury is still out on wright.done nothing wrong but just unsure if wing is his spot.
