Just wanna take a minute to point out how good we are all feeling right now.

A victory makes all the pain from losses go away for a while. We will lose plenty more games this year, probably miss the 8. But isnt SF a good place to come during a win if you arent at a game, or post game to celebrate with like minded fans. For the last month this place has been full of everyone being assholes to each other, arguing about anything and everything.

Even if its only for a week, its great to be in the winners circle.

I hopped on here a while after the win and it was great to see a thread I knew would at least start out up-beat about a victory.

I know it wasn't the best win - few of them ever will be - but my footy side had a win over a mob who is particularly easy to hate. I'm loving it, and the rest of you should be too.

im sure the usual people will come in and hang **** on the thread, i just thought it was worth mentioning that a victory eased some tension in here, at least for a brief moment.

This place has been hell over the last month. I know the victories arent just going to come pouring in, but a long weekend, Sharks win, Knights lose, not to mention our 2 best youngsters were on show really makes you proud to support the team. Im sure by friday there will be sack flanno threads, people threatening to cut up memberships and never renew etc. But for no, everyones kinda happy.

Yeah, it never ceases to amaze me how emotional people get on here. Last week people were swearing and carrying on, and now this people want our players signed for life.
