I played with Hills District and Jnr Parramatta Eels for a year (with Broderick Wright). Played most of my footy in the Penrith comp with Windsor Wolves. Played rep footy aswell mate in my juniors, furthest I made it in my career was Jersey Flegg or Jim Beam Cup unfortunately, before my career was cut short with a couple of injuries...

played with mounties... do u know John Kaifoto??? plays for Norths in the NSW Cup... he was in the jersey flegg team for Norths as well... or Bronson F(something ) in the roosters Flegg Team?

im 20 and there my age so you would have played them in Flegg when it was around...

Nah I don't know John or Bronson. I know a few blokes running around but not them 2. It sounds like I'm a year older than you, I was born in 87...

Hey pomeroy i play in the Penrith District now division 1 i play for Emu Plains U/15's Were the only team in the comp that doesn't have ploynesisans in them but were a very good side made prelimanary final last year and are coached by former penrith player Barry Walker.

Nice work mate. What position do you play? I personally think the Penrith comp is the toughest junior league in NSW, so you have my respect there. Have you made their 15's development squad?

Last year i played fullback,wing but this year i was going to play a bit of second row aswell. Your right it is a very tough comp nah i didn't make the development squad (mind you there's only 6 or 7 white kids in the team) i was hoping to make harold matts this year but i'm out 4 the season wif a knee injury. But thinking of trying out 4 roosters Harold Matts cause that's an open trial. By the way 11 player from St.marys made the squad!!!

Yeah they are normally dominated with poly's because they tend to develop quicker than us white guys.

There are a few other open trials too, Norths, Souths (Matts only now I think), Balmain and Cronulla would probably give you trial aswell because you have played in a strong junior district if you get onto them and talk to the right people.

St. Marys have always been a very strong club and have always had a great player nursery, they always have a strong representation in Penriths junior teams.
