I agree as well. While I haven't been the subject of personal attacks, it's not a good look so I also welcome what Gil and Fitz have asked people to do.
I will admit, I have been guilty of taking threads off topic and posting some non-footy stuff in these threads but that all stops now.

I haven't had my say on the past few weeks of signings as I've been flat out with work, but I'll admit, I wasn't too excited about 2015. But with the recent signings and the ones that are rumoured to come, I'm much more upbeat about how we'll go next year and I'm looking forward to it. I'll be renewing my ticket shortly and I'm looking forward to next year! :)

We are all guilty of going of topic a bit at times and most of us have been guilty of personal attack whether with intent to harm or just as a joke.

The problem here is it has gone over the top in the last few months.

I personally haven't been coming on as much of late because it has gone over the top.

Forums are a social place so of course you still need to be able to talk to mates but the more serious threads eg. the Offical threads need to be kept close to on topic.

There are plenty of good threads on here for out and out dribble it doesn't need to happen in every thread.

Seriously though, I had no issues with the way it is running. I have been guilty of most things here, recieved infractions for them and copped it.

I have also been on the reading end of abuse, it only gets to me when it comes from someone I considered friendly.

On the topic of the forum direction, nothing much needs to change. If everything were so serious here the place would be boring as bat ****. I love having a laugh with fellow members, the feeling as though you are around a table enjoying a beer together having a laugh. That's how I've met many good blokes from here in real life and the transition has been seamless.

That's my ramble on the matter for what it's worth.... Most likely not worth much lol

The forum overall is very civilised and a credit to the Sharks, even though it is independent of the Sharks. Presumably this thread has been provoked by Woody who was largely an aberration.

The thread that should not be overly policed above all is the game day thread. The tantrums and the highs and lows of posters during games are always entertaining, especially after a win.
