Luke Covell isent that bad he is a very good player but on the other hand with Hughes, he shouldn't sack him either, he just hasent hit is best for us yet, just wait until he finds form, he'll be an excellent player for us
Don't worry mate Ricky will swing the axe he has to. I'll agree with you on Hughes and Covs. Donnelly was a stupid idea and still is I dont think he made any metres after the line today. But for mine Norrie stays, puts his hand up for hit ups non stop.
See the problem with most of you is that you have put Covell up on a god like pedestal that it is now starting to affect your ability to see his usefulness has come to an end. He runs sideways out of dummy half, kicking has fallen away and nearly every winger in the comp would have scored that try in the corner where he stepped back inside causing an "obstruction" with Reni. There is no way he should be in that team in front of Ferguson and Ferguson cant be kept on the bench.
It was his defence to me that was poor today. He was constantly in to far and it resulted in cowboys attacking him cause of it all day.
Guys just watch the game but this time Picture Covell as Simmons, then use will see how bad he played today in defence.
You cant be serious. He was probably our best player today and looked most likely to do something. Covell defends about 15 metres in every set no matter where his opposite winger is and he was lucky not to get scored on four or five times in that first half. I've had enough, he has to go.

Covell sure isnt doing anything special, but he certainly isnt doing anything wrong anyway, who can blame him, when nearly most of the team is playing ordinary, you cant dump the blame on one bloke, plus he's our superstar goal-kicker, even though he's a bit out of form with it atm, but hey, we love him.

How can you be looking at a winger to drop? FMD, why don't you start getting on Zappia's case for the loss of Kimmorley, Bird, De Gois. None of them should have been allowed to leave, and I laugh at the Kimmorley haters on here, what a ridiculous decision was made to cut him.
