In my opinion, any of these players would be realistic additions to our side if we were to pursue them;

Fullbacks/Wingers;
Mitch Brown (don't shoot me down, turned into a safe and solid FG player)
David Williams (solid finisher, good metre eater)

Centres;
Jordan Kahu (would be good depth cover, good finisher)
Charley Runciman (solid upcoming youngster, great potential)
Chase Stanley (Lives close to the Shire, Endeavour Kid, Would be decent if he wasn't continuously hurt and bulked up)
Willie Tonga (On the cheap would be a good signing if he regains full fitness, capable of breaking the line, experienced FGrader)

Halves;
Trent Hodkinson (Smart Kicking Game, Good passing game, good defensively, calm player, would be gold next to Carney)

Props; (need a few here to replace the likes of Ross, Taufua, Green)
Zane Tetevano (Young, Beast of a player, aggressive ball runner and aggressive in defense, Newy undervalue him)
Siosaia Vave (Young, Hard working prop, Was solid before he went to Melbourne but was not used often, Bellamy has made him more consistant and fitter)
Justin Poore (Strong, Experienced player, Chased him for a while before he made his big money move to Parramatta, if we get him on the cheap could be useful)

2nd Row; (Some added depth for the losses of Bukuya and Peachey will be key, also, Lewi, Heighno and Gal are not getting any younger)
Suaso Sue (Why not steal another Tiger? This guy has had a break out season, Aggressive ball runner, Great In Defense, got some second phase, would fit in well)
Reni Maitua (Scratch his issues in the past, he is still a quality player stuck in a **** team. Good ball playing forward, He is a good hole runner and loves his second phase play.

Hookers; (De Gwah is past it based on this season so far, Morris is just solid and nothing else)
Kurt Baptiste (Nippy hooker, injury plagued season has halted him from first grade appearances, quick out of dummy half, injects pace into the game)

What do you fellas think of the names thrown up and our realistic chances of snapping up any of them?

We wont sign a hooker based on the fact we have michael liicha
We wont sign any of those backs, Kahu is still a chance but only 10%

Reni woulda been a good pick up on the right coin IMO. Not good timing for us. The last thing we could consider doing is employ, or should i say RE-employ a player who was done for doping, while at the Sharks no less. We cant afford to throw that to sponsors

I'd take willie tonga on a 150k 1 year deal. If he plays well offer him more for the following year.

Yeah I don't think he would exactly welcome at the Sharks after what he said about Gal mate.

You think people are gunna get hung up on a qlder being dirty about nsw making cheap shots (if this is referring to his swinging arm, it was a cheap shot).

Off that list, probably Kahu and Vave would be my top picks. Hodgkinson as well, but less face it, he ain't leaving Canterbury, especially now that Keating's off to the cheery town of Hull.

Haha Mitch Brown, our NSW cup side are doing fine, they don't need any more outside backs!
