allow young forwards to step up

ben ross injury will probually force him to retire, all the other off contract sharks players should be re-signed, the money freed up from ross should be spent on retaining current players plus a quality centre.

Before looking to Buy any other players. Secure contracts with Reece William & Kade Snowden before looking at other players.

i think wed be better off picking up a new prop and not re-signing norrie. hes ok, but we just lose to much when him and millo are on. taylor, moi moi or poore. unless someone like mannah does come through.
definately will need a back too, even if we let brown (depending on his performances) and kearney go, but i wouldnt want someone too fancy. maybe micheals, graham or reddy. i think at least 2 of orcher, wright, stapleton, ferguson will come good and i dont really see covell being around after next year. dont forget we have filigas 200k aswell as ross' 400k

shouldnt covell be on the list anyway?
and walsh and witt can both be taken off

Simon Mannering Sam Thaiday and Corey Patterson have also signed long term deals recently. Surely the Wolfman would have to come under some consideration. Manly were having trouble keeping both him and Robertson. A prop, hooker and one quality outside back would make me very happy considering the quality of some of our juniors coming through.

if caine can keep being as impressive as he was at the backend of last game we wont need a hooker. go with caine and seu seu/joudo

I'd love to see Terence kick on mate but he is languishing in reserves. If Corey Hughes is seen as a better option then I dont like his chances. Caine is class and always has been. It took him a while since the injury but geez he looked good last week. I don't rate Joudo at all.

corey was always going to be a walkup start and its unlikely he will lose that

There is a few on that list that can be taken off:
Steve Michaels (broncos) Signed a 3 year contract at the end of last year.
Michael Jennings (panthers) As above.
Cooper Cronk and Cam Smith (storm)

Out of the list I would be looking in to... Mckinnon, Reddy, Taulima Tautau, Michael Robertson and Dean Collis for the backs.

Ian Henderson, Justin Poore, Heath L'strange, Tronc, Scott and MOI MOI for the fowards.

OF course I'd Much rather Keep Snowden and Williams

they should be kept for sure. snowdens contract will probably need a fair upping since we probably signed him pretty cheap. if we sign williams soon we can probably just extend his contract, if we wait and he gets back into gun form could cost us a fair bit extra

I know what your saying though the start of last season he was playing really well before he got hit with injuries. I wasn't saying to definately sign him though I'd have a look at him potentially depending the right price, as with the majority of the list I named.

What about Nathan Friend? I thought the Titans were looking at a new Hooker for next year and they were targeting Cam Smith or Farah.

I'd take Friend for sure. He'd be good value I reckon. He's pretty tough, gets through a lot of work and is skilful.

Hughes will only be here until the end of the year and maybe next year if he's lucky.

Our main target must be outside backs, I'm just not exactly sure who yet.
