fair enough, i reckon meads will be a massive shot at the team of the year though, he has picked teams apart, even without carlos next to him...

Sounds like he is a shoe in and from what I've seen he probably is. I don't watch enough of other teams NYC to really comment.

I know Jordan Meads. He's from the Sunnshine Coast where I live and he has a union background as a fullback. Great footy player, but is a huge party go-er and could find himself in some messy situations come training on a Monday morning if you catch my drift. Tremendous talent though and could easily make the NRL.

Does anyone know why so many of the Toyota Cup stars were not playing? Also, are the coaching staff now not really worrying about us winning the Toyota Cup?

From my point of view it is now the 'most' important thing that we need to do and we really shouldn't be messing around with their structure. It's time to see what some of the NSW Cup fringe players can give us, not mess around with what needs to be a huge finals campaign for our future stars. We have to build a winning culture and it starts with the 20's. Townsend needs to be there next week, not because he is crap at 1st grade but because he needs to use his experience to get our 20's back on track.

I think a few have nigging injuries and a couple were just rested. They play Cows and Tigers and if they win both will still finish top 2. Bottom line I am assuming they will be full strength next week, barring Frizzell and Townsend if they play 1sts.
