I personally think it is time for us to drop Townsend back down and let him focus on NYC.

I would hope that Townsend gets to go back. He only needs one more game to qualify for NYC. He will kill it back in that grade.

I hope we drop him this week or next or he might not have time to regain his combinations with the boys.

They're doing well with Penani and Jake. Why disrupt that?

I was originally in favour of bringing the Chad back to NYC but as weeks pass with him in 1sts then I fear that bringing him back now will disrupt Penani and Jake and the rest of the NYC's campaign.

Chad would be the best half back and captain in the NYC and very important for our finals campaign.

I agree for sure MB. However we need to get him back there soon imo so that he and the team can get used to him being there again.

Well i dont disagree but I think the sooner he drops down the better. The NYC boys would have now developed new tactics and plays that doesn't involve him and therefore an introduction of the Chad might create a slight disturbance and short transition period if thrown in at the first week of the finals.

In your head, rent free
hard to tell as chad plays firsts, but when the warriors smashed us in round 4, he out played chad in every assett of a half backs game

jordan meads... not sean meads...

Fair enough, sounds like a good little player anyway. One thing he has in his favour is that Warriors side never struggles to lay a platform.

Ha, I reckon I would have looked pretty darn handy playing behind a pack as dominant as the Warriors one. Did he even have to tackle? Mead is okay IMO, nothing special yet.

The next best halfback prospect in the NYC is Hampton at Melbourne IMO. Will be a 100 game first grader I reckon.

It would be a halfbacks dream to play behind not only a pack but a side that dominates as much as the Warriors AB.

Even their backs dominate most opposition forwards.
