honestly we would be a **** of a team to play, we throw our bodies around, never give up and always come back. been this way for years. Flanno instilled a remarkably resilient culture at the Sharks. We are downright stubborn in our attrition. it's a credit to the players and coach that attitude and belief hasn't fallen away. if anything it's growing of late and the junior kids are part of it as well.

but we can't keep it up these second half turn arounds forever at some point we are probably gunna get bitten and might need to rely on a good first 40 mins to ultimately win us a game for a change or better yet a good ol 70 min effort!

All true but I think it's hard to be consistent with the constant disruption we've had with injuries. Let's wait until we have a bit if stability.

I'm over the moon with where we're at.

The morning after and I'm still stoked with the win.

Three superstars still on the sideline and losing two starting props early days.

We are one gutsy team.

Yep, fantastic effort HB.

All credit to Bomber. He’s done really well so far and the players obviously love playing for him.

What’s even better is our youngsters are getting good NRL experience and making the most of it. Can only be good for us.

In your head, rent free
one of the great wins

so many players out, a rookie right edge, 2 props down

i thought we would win but didnt realise it would be brave win

chad - what more can you say about him - he is in the form of his life

i dont think any other 7 would have won us that game last night with 7 starters out* after 15 minutes

The halves running deep into the line makes such a difference for us. Loving the way Chad is playing currently and Flanno Jnr seems to be developing really well (Will put hand up and say I did bag him earlier)

Ash Taylor is seriously overrated. Wonder how much they're paying for him?

If it's north of $450k it's too much. He's 24 and everyone is still talking about his potential like he's still a rookie 20-21yr old. He's going backwards.

Oh dear...

Taylor became the richest 22-year-old in the game when he inked a lucrative three-year extension on Wednesday, believed to be worth around $3.2 million.

Anyone still think Chad is on massive overs lol?

Surely that can't be correct? That's hilarious if it is true.

They let the wrong one go. Should have kept Elgey.

Great win. Team is coming together under our new coach and overcoming adversity with the stream of injuries. Chad is probably playing the best football of his whole career and is clearly commanding respect and stepping up as a team leader. Absolutely delighted with all of the young players, especially Blayke Brailey and Briton Nikora. Blayke rarely makes a mistake and you can see his confidence growing. Cause for some optimism.... Go Sharks!

Was chilling back on the bench last night like he was on the couch watching telly. Doesn't look like much fazes him.
