A mate of mine is flying down from Sydney for the game so there'll at least be one Sharks supporter in the crowd.

Wonder if Duges still believes he's worth 500k next year.

That's all he was worth at his peak

Glad to see the overpaid snail dropped - I usually have time for duges and cut him some slack for the effort he gives every week but against the dogs he was below expectations and his effort and focus was elsewhere. Deserves to spend a week in reggies on that performance and if Chambers is half decent he might find it tough to get back in

no time to **** around just pick the players having a crack - if the slackers or poor performers get dropped and can't earn a new contract from reggies that is on them and do we really want that sort of unprofessional attitude in our squad moving forward?

If Dugan isn't injured I'd 100% be choosing him on Hiroti's wing.

Unless it's more to do with behaviour/attitude.

I agree, Hiroti will be destroyed and I’d rather that destruction be against Dugan!

I saw Dugan is on the extended bench in jumper 21, so it may still happen he is in the team.

Winning this would actually piss me off a little after dropping what should have been our easiest game

but also **** the storm

I thought Billy was very good against the Bulldogs. Solid in defence, and he really had an impact in attack. He ran well, got good ptb’s (as usual) a good offload, and a couple of those passing plays through the middle set the team up nicely for the next play. He probably would have scored under the posts if Rudolf knew how to draw and pass.

Personally I would have liked to see him keep his spot on the bench.

Just wondering (hoping) if a tough game like this is exactly what we need

Players getting dropped / put on notice, Chambers first game back against his old club etc

Not expecting to win but would be nice to stick it to them.

I think starting Tolman with BHU to the bench is a good move and better suits both players games

It'd be nice to think so, but we regularly capitulated when we were playing well and stay near full strength. This storm side just grinds teams to dust

Having had a look at both teams now, I give us half a chance in this one.

Most people are expecting us to get brushed and we seem to play better when that happens.

No Paps and no Nelson are big outs for us, if we can show some ticker we can get close.

Storm by 20.

Was better , but he was heading towards being in the top 6 centre
before he went to Knights.
Be struggling to make top 16 on form the last 2 years

FTFY

We know the attack is there when he gets time and space. Defence was an issue before, was an issue at the Knights, and is an issue now.

Hopefully can somehow get on top of that and get his reads right .
Still thought he was going to be a Staggs ( his defence crap also ) like tackle busting attacking weapon , just haven't seen much of that the last 2 years either .
Pretty disappointing really .
