Tapou and Tafoua Back, Walker and Troglodite Bro out, Parker unlikely. Our centres should fire if our forwards can hold theirs and we complete at 85% plus..

Sharks @ $2.43 Sportsbet , good bet I reckon .
Eagles should be a bit flat after HUGE effort

Mate, we'd need to be way longer odds than that for me to splash out. With our form, we should be somewhere between $3 and $4.

This is always an L in the calendar and i think manly are the real deal this year - they are a classy side. Even without turbo and walker they should still have way to much for us. But we should at-least compete.

We always seem to play them with either players back from injury or injured. Always the same result.

2020 has been a strange year. Maybe we get the W as a once off anomaly.

Gotta go on gut .
Also , they don't have the quality depth to cover all these losses this time .

Banking on DCE still being an emotional teary wreck due to Turbo's injury.

Manly by 16 - cannot see us even getting close. I've watched our boys against Manly and we can never win. Seen us lose to Manly in the final round 2 times with minor premiership, Top 4 online and Top 8 on the line. If memory serves me correct I also remember a Monday night game when Manly had half their team out and they still beat us.

Yeah, they do actually.

First - Tapau and Taufua back in

Elliott to FB to replace Turbo, Croker or Cust to replace Dylan Walker (Cust gave us a lesson last time at Shark Park and he was almost a debutant), and if Parker is out, they can move Garrick in there and Mitski to the wing, all of whom have excelled at first grade replacements before. They still have DCE pulling the strings, AFB who kills us every time and Sironen and Thompson who are strong and tough players.

And if that's not enough for you Egg:

WE CANNOT BEAT MANLY - EVER!!!!!!

They killed us with these players last season already so I don't know why anyone would think they don't have the depth to beat us.
Miski could be a good in, lead the NSW Cup in handling errors last season, wonder if those were from kicks or in contact, maybe something we can try and exploit.
Then they will only beat us by 10

Doesn't matter
We'll be up for this and improved.
They'll take this result for granted , like quite a few others here

We beat them in 2016 at home on a Saturday night. I went and met some of you lunatics. Stood on the hogs breath hill. Funniest night at the footy ever....and we actually beat Manly. Amazing. Was that the last time we beat them??

I am with you - all the stats will be trotted out this week about our record against them - these things have to end sometime.....

doesn't matter who they have out - they will find a replacement to come in, instantly hate us, fire up and play the game of their lives. they have never lost their passion for thumping us through all these generations of players come through their club
our blokes will be thinking about their next tat or hair style

remember the elimination final against them in 2019 when they were missing all those players - yea we lost

Does Boundos know the game isn't at Brookie?

**** we forgot about him this year! he still camped out there in one of those sealed bubbles to protect against the virus
the sea eagle virus, maybe the Rona too

I am with you - all the stats will be trotted out this week about our record against them - these things have to end sometime.....

but its tradition and we are so consistently good at it, we need to be consistent at something

the stats might seem irrelevant yet season after season we reinforce and build on those stats with another bad loss
there's a predictable trend here and it seems to hold some weight when mentioned

Boundos rocking up to Brooky on Sunday like:
