Mind boggling how this wasn't a penalty, someone has to be demoted. Could have very easily cost us the game given it would have made the score 4-2.

Yep. I don't mind former players doing it but they should have been out of the game for at least 10 years. Also, should have a panel of 3 judges for each game, not just one.

That's not a bad call either.

Some of the former players they get to vote are extremely out of touch as well. Everyone can see bird had way more impact on that game then smith. They didn't score a single try and their hooker gets 2 in a losing side. Why cause he tackled lots? Joke

Judge Brett Finch is unbiased. Just like Gary Belcher in a raiders game.

To be fair I thought he was Melbourne's best in a scrappy game. Sharks were never going to get all 3 votes. Deserved 1 point.
