Always gotta be wary of a bounce back from these guys. They were humiliated last week, there’s some bruised egos there, them losing Morgan is a hammer blow though. Hopefully our concussed guys pass fit to play this week, I know at least Katoa and Nikora are definitely out which hurts. Any word if Hunt or Talakai are nearing a return? Could definitely use Talakai this week, in saying that though I’ve got full confidence in Wilton. Also any word if the game is being moved yet with new Covid outbreak up there?

I don’t think we’ll do it that easily but I think we can win comfortably. I’ll go 22-10 to us.

They are terrible. Not worried about them at all but I am worried about us.

First two rounds we played in terrible conditions and the game against Parra would gave taken a lot out of us, especially the forwards.

Hopefully the four are available for this week's game.

I think we are still 2-3 weeks away from Hunt and Talakai CM. I'm not aware of any move for the game as yet.
Yes, I was joking with my initial assessment, agree with you it should be at least a 12 or 18 point win especially if Wade and Will get through their HIA protocols.

I agree with you HB, very worried about our boys.

Out of the four though, no way Katoa is right and Nikora has accepted his 2 match ban.

So we have to hope Wade and Will pass their protocols throughout the week.

I thought about putting up a proposed team but I'd prefer to see what Bomber names first.

Yeah forgot about Katoa's injury. Didn't know Nikora had accepted two weeks when I posted.

So at the moment I’m assuming McDonald in for Katoa, Wilton into the starting side and either Fifita or Trindall onto the bench. I know we’re replacing a backrower with a prop or utility on the bench but it just doesn’t look like any of the young backrowers that are behind Wilton in the pecking order are anywhere near ready for first grade. We still have Billy Mags (*groan*) on the bench to cover the backrowers anyway.

Williams played 60 minutes at back row on weekend too I think. Him or Mags can cover if desperate.

this should be the easiest game of the year for us but Cronulla being the good blokes we are will make it a close one for the fans and commentators benefit

with our squad reshuffle and coming off 2 massive slog fest games a loss isn't even completely off the cards as bad as the cowboys are. if we are remotely decent we should get the win

Sharks 22
Cowboys 12

I thought Jack was punted out to the centres, but I agree with your point.

Yep. Was centres after half time. I think Uele was playing in Nikora’s spot.

****ing Covid!!! I was going to take my son to the Captain’s run on Friday.

Yeah true, he started at second row but then went one wider when Kennedy was ruled out
