Not if the NRL haven't cleared his contract. I've seen nothing of that at the moment - has anyone else seen any confirmation his contract has cleared NRL headquarters?

Can't assume that just yet Slide. The geniuses at the NRL have to officially sanction his contract before he can take the field. What's the bet it's done at 7.01pm on Saturday night.
Anyway, whether he's sanctioned or not, I wouln't be putting him in the 17. Not game ready yet IMO.

Yes, but training by himself mate until just recently. Unfair to chuck him in with limited preparation. Flanno will know what to do though.
