Roughly 2000 nrl games versus about 800 tonight. And we did half the game without our best player. Good effort.

Yep, they showed plenty of ticker. Even though it was a nightmare there is so much potential there.

We got a lot of help this half. We look like a sail boat with out a sail..... and a giant hole in the floor
Yes we are a busted boat and that's been our problem all year. Can't blame the coach if some of the parts are out of service. What slim hopes JM had about us for finals got shattered tonight. The bloke can't trick. Having said that, it makes tonight's performance commendable especially against premiers.

I don't recall us ever beating a team having a milestone game for one of their players.
Aubusson = lost
Thurston = lost
Cam Smith = lost
I'm sure there's others too.
and we lose the ones for our players.

Other than some poor ball security and the usual jumper grabs, we didn't go all that badly, not good, but not too bad.

And I almost caused serious damage to my TV when Money $ill tackled Tracey.

Was a gutsy effort - but hard to imagine the game if Teddy, Jake and Boyd were playing for the Bondi Bandits

They had 2000 nrl games of experience minus all the guys they rested! So minus about another 600 games maybe. Their backline has about as many games as our whole team. That team manages to hang onto experienced players. How? A huge part of their player budget is spent on their players retirement. It like a special post career salary cap.

It ain’t against the rules, but it’s the reason they play under different rules to the rest of us.

From memory we beat the storm in their 500th game, happened to be grand final.

So Pele in for Hunt next week? Why not?

I guess he has to be trotted out at some point. With no Papalli and no bloodnut he might get through his stints without getting too badly damaged. I'm always a bit on edge when young forwards make their debut.

Big ipset. Bears beat the Sharks in the women's semi too and are out. Great day.

Pele and Ronaldo in the same team. Can't lose.
