Weird game for our interchanges

Only BHU did two stints, Graham and Brailey both got a rest, we lost Sorro early and only used 5 changes!

Rudolf did what Rudolf can do. Replaced Sorro and stayed on. He's an 80 minute player, should start and finish.

Can’t see us turning this around today. Last week was demoralising and it can take a few weeks to get over that.

Egg, I am terribly disappointed I got no credit from you for this comment back on page 9. Lift your game son!

Not to only think of the negatives cause it’s the win we really neeeded but..
40 missed tackles
70% completions
14 errors
6 penalities conceded
3 line break conceded

still a hell of a lot of work to do if we want to challenge a top 8 side..

but two more easy-ish games in dragons and broncos so got the opportunity to fix that up

And warriors bombed 4 tries at least , I’m far from carried away with that performance

Yes that score should have been similar to the Manly game .

Where we sit reflects where our defensive game is at - the top end of the bottom 8 .

conceding that try at the death was one of the most cronulla things i have seen. reminded me of Flanno miscalculating our F/A in one of those nines tournaments lol

although tbf with a top 8 spot on the line we may well have been channeling the Wests Tigers. it must burn them that we hang onto 9th, hopefully just keeping it warm for them for the final round of the season

beyond the psychological advantage of being in the 8 it really shouldn't affect the outcome of our season, at least lets hope that it isn't so tight for us on the ladder that 6 points of F/A plays an outcome

2nd best attack in the NRL now
(Don’t look down the ‘against’ column)

In your head, rent free
the kennedy criticism seems a bit harsh

ronnie ****ed that first one up in the first half, the second one unlucky that nikorima ran through and contested

our defensive line looked so much more set with him at the back, i thought he played really well

along with out wingers, and our centres, i personlly think this is our best 1-5 which is harsh on moyza

Good win but so hard to get a gauge v Warriors

We have won some games we should expect to win
We’ve lost games we were expecting to win
We have had some very poor performances
&
We have almost jagged a game we would in all honesty not expected to win.
Funnily enough, our next two games are teams we should put away & put away well,
Dangerous games for us, we need to be mentally strong in lead up to & in the game, these are our Achilles weeks.

I'd prefer a 100% fit Moylan at the back .
He was killing it prior to injury.
His organising skills will improve if he can get some consistency .
The GOOD news is that Kennedy is a similar player . Both can inject themselves and ball play and it doesn't disrupt the team so much if either is playing

It sort of is harsh, but I think we're good enough in attack and have enough ball players without him and are better in defence. It's no fault of Moyza's, he's just not the kind of player we need right now

Having watched the game. that was a good solid performance in general, unfortunately we made a few simple errors, if we had not made so many we probably could have got over 50 points. In general I am very pleased with that game.

I reckon Uele could get a bit more game time, Talakai was once again very strong as was Hunt off the bench. Hunt should have scored that try for himself. I like Kennedy but he's got to improve under the high ball, that was a bad error at the start of the game, we were lucky at the start then. Dugan is definately better in the centres, I'm happy to still keep Kennedy at FB though. Katoa, Ramien & Ronaldo are so athletic which will help for us on the wings. SJ keeps this form up he'll be a top player consistently.

For getting some consistency .
We need the same team running out for a few weeks.
But if we lost Kennedy , Dugan MUST stay at Centre now .
Renaldo to fullback and Nene to wing .
Imagine teams trying to defend a fit Wade with those two monsters outside of him , let alone an aerial assault
