At last. I get to watch a game. Spike TV are running Parra-Titans live on cable in the USA tomorrow night. Looking forward to seeing Hayne and Inu in action!
Union is quite popular around where we live in Berkeley and the east Bay. UC Berkeley are always number one in the US for Rugby. St Mary's is pretty good too. One of our friends boy is on the USA schoolboys team. Of course they have no idea of league. I have to admit I even enjoyed watching the Wallabies giving it to the Springboks the other night. I must be desperate.
Good to see the game going live into the states, how good is that!
How is it the game can be shown live into the US but not in Melbourne. Channel 9 should not have the exclusive rights. Give it to someone else who can.

<EDITED>
THE NRL debut on Spike TV in the US last week had a modest but promising start with the Storm-Sea Eagles match. The 11pm replay (New York time) rated approximately 270,000 viewers across the country, which, considering the hundreds of channels available on cable, is not all that bad.
