Saturday @ 7.50pm: Sydney Roosters (1) vs Cronulla Sharks at Allianz Stadium

Best case is we beat chooks, then play melbourne up here.

A loss sees us play warriors/penrith. Then melbourne or souths fresh from a week off.

I think it goes by ranking. We, as the lower placed loser, would play the highest ranked winner out of the Elimination finals, so we could play any of 5th, 6th or 7th. We can’t play 8th. I’m pretty sure thats how it goes, not 100% sure though.

We're not going to lose.

While I don’t share that kind of arrogance. I rate us a massive chance of knocking them off, despite the touch up they gave us at Shark Park back in April. Should be an absolute cracker though.

Nah crazy. That was an old system when 1 v 8, 2 v 7 etc. Puma is right. We play the winner of Warriors v Pennies.
Take a look at the schedule PS posted.

Of course you would take us beating the chooks & be sitting pretty for a GF qualifier after resting up for week but it wouldn’t be the end of the world playing the week after as well & qualiying the toughest way possible providing we don’t p/u any injuries, I sort of see us still underdone in terms of being ready to play our best game in 3 games time.
