Sadly that last line is true but I think Nicho has taken good steps to help combat the pressures.

Fantastic attitude.
Its great to see that he is thinking more about these matters and taking care of his own mental well-being. I vaguely recall in an early interview that he mentioned having some previous bad times before getting another crack at an NRL club, so he knows the pitfalls and is getting ahead of them.
Hopefully clubs and the NRL is aLao involved in providing these types of services to all players and players are not left to seek these things out themselves.
