IMO Nicho 1, Tricky 7 and Moylan 6 gives us our best chance of winning this weekend. What it doesn't do is give Nicho and Tricky more time to gel as a halves partnership.

So what are we doing – attempting to salvage our season, or preparing for next year?

In a way a fullback plays as the third playmaker, so not sure if there will be much difference if they were in the halves.

Salvage with a view of more finals experience (but likely loss) and building towards 2024.
But we need at least one Kick arse prop to join our roster

We ain’t making the 8 I don’t think. Definitely dont give up but I would be now giving minutes to our younger players to see if they are apart of our future. Can they handle nrl etc..

I think we do this now regardless based on injuries and form, so hopefully we can still squeeze in and get some final’s exposure for them also.

Not holding my breath thou, but you never know

It gives us a little more strike power. Keeps Moylans and Trindals jobs simple too. Fullback seems to be where a lot of the magic happens with our plays. I'd trust Nicho to ice those plays more than CT. Moylan is a great link man too so we actually should look sharp. If we are going to salvage a season Nicho needs to be 1 IMO.

All you guys wanting Nicho at fullback are going to be terribly disappointed tomorrow around 4pm.

Or two hours earlier if @snowman gets an early look at the list.

As long as trindall passes it to him instead of just kicking it into legs or dummying and going himself

To be fair - he was asked the question in the presser and without notice .

I hope that given time and talking with his assistants - he will come up with the correct decision ..

While he may make an alternate decision from what he said in that moment I'd like to think he has an idea what he'd do if any given player went down in advance.

We can clone players now? Does the cloning machine work on NRLW players, and can I borrow it for an hour?

Or maybe he needs some time or maybe he doesn’t want to reveal what he really is thinking of doing ?

Do you ever just think to yourself nah I’m going to sit this one out ? FMD
