Shaq on the Cavs is a massive plus. He is the first post threat we've had in years. Plus we got rid of two garbage players (no disrespect ben, sasha i dont care for) for someone that will majorly help us against a lot of teams. Shaq will help on Orlando's Dwight pick and roll. Instead of 3 players rolling along with Dwight and therefore keeping there 3 point shooters open we can just have Shaq put his body up against Dwight and keep there shooters with pressure on them.
Plus the Magic just got a whole lot worse because they can't re-sign Hedo now that they have old man Carter and it looks like OKC are really gunning for Gortat. They also lose Courtney Lee, so that will mean Pietrus will have to come onto the starting lineup. Pietrus, Lee and Gortat were the Orlando bench production and the only person they gained is a scrub sophmore in Ryan Anderson. There bench will be oh so week next year.
I can only see 4 teams winning it next year
Cavs (Shaq addition and most likely Charlie Villanueva addition)
Spurs(Richard Jefferson and Dejuan Blair addition)
Celtics(when KG's healthy)
Lakers(If they keep one of Odom or Ariza. HOPEFULLY NOT BOTH!)
