Friend is out for something like four months. If he goes there now that’s enough time to look good in a good team. Might work for him finding a deal somewhere.
Also probably his best chance at a premiership. They will probably win it. If there’s another injury to Friend he’s a chance at a GF appearance. It’s a lot more likely than him getting anywhere near one at the dogs at the moment.
