this is what i like, Ennis is a straight shooter, and his media persona has a lot more credibility than that of Beau Ryan. Beau gets on the footy show and Fatty and his dick sucking lips start gibbering away putting **** on the Sharks and beau keeps the jokes coming. Then says, nah we are a strong club need the fans behind us bla bla. Ennis will be a good ambassador i think he wont allow the dick heads on these shows to put **** on his club

You have to give Gus credit. He sure has the Panthers humming. If we had the dough I'd pay him a million bucks a year to for us what he has done for the Panthers.

This is a very good point you make, and the proof is in the results Panthers looking good for the immediate , short and longterm..

you say that, but you dunno what will happen. They were a bees dick off losing Mansour. With all these 'young blokes' playing well, they are in the spot light, they are in the spotlight of rival coaches and recruitment teams. Look at Melbourne, the only way they could keep their quality junior filled side together was by cheating.

it happens everywhere. Penrith have a good balance, but really, majority of clubs have a 2-3 year hold on a finals spot, before restructures take place. Melbourne and Manly have been good for a long time, Melbourne have retained alot of talent, but the new cap rules help in that regard, but Manly are starting to drop the odd player here and there, 2015 could be a different year for them

Manly seem to really do the salary cap well in regards to dropping players off and picking up cheap buys that turn into good players.

With the signing of Ennis I wonder if we will have 4 forwards on the bench now since he is an 80 minute player.

I am curious as to what this means for Nu brown and if he isn't playing in the halves, how he would go at centre

I think he could turn out to be quite the super utility. If he was playing for the storm I could see him killing it in every position in the backline and 9 as well. No reason why we have to have a 2 hooker rotation next year.

Surely Brown would be halfback. Another year os Robson would be rediculous.
I'm hoping that Brown and Robbo job share for the remainder of the year. Robbo can probably play a bit of hooker with Lichaa.

The rest of this year would be a good opportunity for Brown to do an apprenticeship at halfback.

The whole point of getting Ennis is to try and avoid having a hooker rotation. For now. Obviously when he gets older we can then blood in someone with him.

The problem with a hooker rotation is the inconsistency with the play the balls, watching JMO play start of the match is completely different then when IDG comes on. With Ennis, it will be consistent throughout the match and everyone will know what they need to do.

Plus that gives us an extra forward on the bench to help with fatigue - maybe the Fifita brothers will finally get to play together regularly

this would be the most likely scenario, if Brown starts to panick Robbo can help calm him down and take control from the Dummy Half
