They usually don’t have ET upper do they? Available spots due to people not going to Kogarah ?

Normally there, but only ever indicative as the stand is always sold out. They indicated it will be again unless existing seats aren't renewed, even with the last two years at Kogarah. Basically unless you had seats at Kogarah you won't have seats in the upper ET stand next season.

I've tried this morning to renew but when I log on it goes to a screen that has no options on it. Just has a big picture of Shark Park with the words We're Coming Home but the "We" is cut off.

Rang the membership team and got the message that the inbox was full. So I'm obviously not the only one with the problem.

I've emailed them as well.

Great start. :)

Apparently was due to launch around lunch time. With the limited size of the membership team, and the complexity of this launch (coming back from Kogarah), I don't envy them at all, and can excuse a delay of a few hours!

But I do hope they do their best to accommodate the members who went to Kogarah for the past two years... there seemed to be so few of us at the games, they should be giving us the maximum possible flexibility in terms of seats.

I have successfully renewed my seats, ended up having to do it over the phone. Staff were fantastic once I got thru.

Please note they've changed how they label the rows and bays etc, so what they say are your new seats won't match what you previously had but they should be the exact same seats.

I called and checked mine are the same, if you care might not be any harm in calling and double checking.

EDIT - Mine are in ET lower near the the tunnel and don't know if the changes apply to the whole stadium or just ET lower.

I've just tried to renew and was sent to the page you mentioned above, almost 3pm EDST. I'm sure they're flat out with people trying to ensure they get their preferred seat. I'll wait a day or 2 then try again.

I've finally done the renewal. But I still have a problem and I've had to email them again for clarification.

When I went into seat preferences, I wasn't given an option as my normal seats were listed there for all three of us.

But next to the details where I had ordered caps, towels and stubby holders, there was a whole new set of seating written out like this:

Section: GA1

Row/Seat: GA/224

Section: GA1

Row/Seat: GA/225

Section: GA1

Row/Seat: GA/226

I'm 95% certain I've got the right seats but it isn't very clear.

Hey, I had renewed my Country & interstate membership tonight but somehow on my email it came up that I had come up with 2 memberships with a cap & a towel. I sent them a membership email tonight to see if there was any chance on a refund on 1 of those & only get the cap. Does anyone know if there is a chance they will refund the price & item on 1 of those or is it too late & no chance? Cheers. The membership has always been very successful & very reliable but that has never happened to me before.

I got an automatic reply within a few minutes saying they have had plenty of phonecalls & emails so it may take a little longer then usual but they will reply as soon as they can which was pretty good too.

the membership portal is horrendous, i also got no discount this year for upgrading my membership

they told me for me to receive my discount, i needed the same membership, not an upgrade
