Does anybody know how the marketing/branding is currently functioning at the club? I know they are on a shoestring budget, so I don't know if there even is a dedicated person in this position.
I ask because it would be good to be able to integrate the Believe efforts into the plans of the club.
e.g. their membership drive will have a theme; last year it was 'reconnect/the future begins with you'... or in other words "we @#$%ed up, but pls be with us as we start afresh"
It would be good if there was a bit of momentum building up in the social media facebook/forums etc regarding the upcoming release of membership renewals/signups... but we don't even know what their angle is, so a bit hard to talk it up.
