I received a Paul gallen doll, signed for Christmas, I asked my son how did you get it signed [we live in Qld] he said he emailed Lyall Gorman, he said post it to my house and I will get it signed by gal. With in 5 days it was back up here and under the Christmas tree.

How good was that from the ceo.:Yes:

Love these sort of stories.... Much prefer lyall to sit the whole organisation down and spell out to them the importance of engaging with fans, a little above and beyond is so important and changes people's perspective and impression straigh away, especially small kids.. Much better than trying to get people to sing chants...

Not much of a car racing fan, but happened to be standing next to Craig Lowndes at brissy airport last Wednesday waiting for our luggage.. Asked for a qik iPhone photo with my 2 girls (9&11), seriously what a champ took extra couple of minutes to ask my wife and kids about Xmas festivities what were we doing in bris where we live in Melb, just a classic case of engaging young fans now both my kids and wife have put photos up on their social media.. And will forever cheer Craig Lowndes..
