Best game of any Cronulla player on the field yesterday for mine.... obviously people calling for him straight into fullback are a bit ambitious, however really hoping we aren’t going to see another season of Kennedy there.

Would be happy for Tracy and Metcalf to def be in the mix as for me Kennedy is never going to be even average

Very impressive but let’s see if he can do it against a proper team. I’ve seen fans on social media already act like he’s the second coming, I’m glad that hasn’t really happened on here. People need to take a step back and realise that we played against a reserve grade team yesterday and that being generous. So I’m tempering my expectations until I see what he can do against a proper team.

All true.

I will say though he looks more threatening than Kennedy.

All true - Just happy it wasn’t Will Kennedy at fullback

Would be good to hear if he is a talker and can organise the defence. And how did he go under the high ball?

Looked to be ordering the D around on our line. Whether he said the right **** & they listened we dunno but he definitely vocal at fullback.

Let’s not worry to much about fullback this year, Bellamy will bring Paps when he comes next year.

It will be very interesting to see how the fullback minutes are split up when we play our only full strength trial ...

At this stage not sure what the go is with Kennedy - has been training in red vest.

I'd like to think we'll see Tracey get some time at fullback for the trial. The more I think about him, the more I'd like to see him get a decent crack (assuming Kennedy doesn't go great guns, which unfortunately I am). He's closer to a Pap's than Kennedy is to a Peachy. And he'd have to be next in line for a starting gig, surely.

I can't think of any part of their games last year where Tracey wasn't already ahead. The only thing I can see holding Tracey back is his utliity value.

I'm also keen to see Tracey have a crack, but at the moment I'd trust Kennedy's cut out ball to find his winger more than I'd trust Tracey's.
