It just makes me excited to hear! I can't begin to imagine what having Lewis around will do for Gal.. He is no longer "on his own" he has another legimate legend on his side!!!
He had Smith last year. But agreed I can't wait to see Lewis run out for us.

Some reason the foxtel videos do not load in chrome. Use a different browser for it perhaps

It's really gonna shock me when I see him run out in a Sharks jersey and it's going to take some getting used to just because he was one of those club players, if you know what I mean.

Like when you think of the Sharks you think of Gallen
When you think of the Roosters you think of Mini
When you think of the Panthers you think of Lewis

Glad to have him, it's just gotta take some getting used too :)

I said the same thing last night. I hope he still has some improvement left in his game & can come to the Sharks and grow as a player. Ever since origin last year I have been a MASSIVE L.L. fan.

Depending on the meaning of franchise player it could be a few different people eg does it mean tenure or nominated player?

It's a loose term often bantered around during NBA draft time .. Means a player a club can build a team around .. Always the best player in the team .. High profile to promote the club .. Constant all star duties (nba reference) type guy.. Back in the day NBA teams use to have one per club but now days 2 is the norm an in the Heats case 3 in wade Lebron an BOsh..

It's just a general term I thought applies to Gallen an Lewis

Not that I necessarily agree with term "franchise player", but surely Carney would fit into that category.

All 8 of the guys in the banner at the top of this page fit into that category.
