I think if we’re going to win a premiership it will be best achieved on a late season run (note: not saying it’s going to be this year necessarily) where there will be minimal pressure and we’ll be doubted till the very moment we lift the thing. In 2001-02 the media were on our case about being chokers (if I remember correctly Anderson seemed to add fuel to that quite stupidly) and I think that got to us in the end.

I was quite a successful gambler back in my school days especially with regards to St Merge fans. I haven’t been very successful at the TAB though so I’ll leave my gambling days behind me.

I got $44 on sharks to win grandfinal at 88-1, if I'd got it on that morning (before 1st game of our winning streak) I would have got 120-1. I love how they always underrate the Sharkies. Not sure if we'll win this weekend but $3.30 against saints is a bargain.
