Ricky is no chance of staying here long term.

I think he will as long as there's a salary cap. Because he's never going to cost a lot and to borrow a baseball term, he's a 'good hand' which means he's a role player and does his job with minimum fuss and on the cheap. I find that every club needs guys like that and they usually stick around.

Mate as has been discussed in the past it has nothing to do with money.
