He got very confused in D when Chad ran in. I guess that's what happens when you put together a right edge of halfback + bloke who rarely plays right edge + back rower playing centre + winger in his 4th game.

Waqa Blake schooled him on how to play centre.

Lucky the Panthers didn’t run at him all night.

he is only ever going to be a fill in player, really average

Maybe, but he has nothing to prove in the lower grades. He either becomes a 40+ minute back rower by the end of this contract or he looks to the UK.

He could be a very good first grader if he just ran harder and threatened the line instead of that silly side step way before the line that fools no one.

I won't take him seriously until he starts lopping off fractured fingers like Angus Crichton.

I agree. He won't ever be the greatest of all time, he's definitely got a ceiling. But he doesn't look out of place in first grade.

He’s the kinda guy his teammates and coach in staff appreciate and that’s all that matters really

Capewell is the upgraded Paulo. Next Bukuya. Versatile, reliable and has a bit of Sharkie about him. For the sort of coin I'd imagine him to be on he's a good one to have in your top 25.

I'm no fan of the pre-line jink but he did his job the other night. Defended well and made some crucial tackles. Chad going full retard a few times didn't help.

Busted heaps of tackles and nice passing game, was hard to handle. Very strong game from Kurt and in a position he doesn't play alot in

Two of his best games for us have been on the left.

2016 semi v Raiders and yesterday.

May be a message there.

I think the message is that he is not Luke Lewis. When he plays somewhere other than Lewis's spot our expectations are different. He CAN replace Lewis but we shouldn't expect him to play the same game as Lewis.
