As a matter of interest , how much would an aging Morris be on ?
I'd hazaad a guess of 700K total for the 2 years .
As I'd doubt a Superleague club would pay more than 800K

But we didn't get into a fierce bidding war for someone like Woods who was clearly over-hyped.

We waited like 4 months for a fire sale and bought him when he was being under-hyped. And there were obviously no other interested buyers as the deal took so long to progress.

he is a left side centre, better on one leg than leutele on two

his defense is unreal, he is also a pretty solid attacker

the guy is also said to be one of the best locker guys and we are building a culture here that is unrivalled

he will be a brilliant mentor for xerri, and xerri will get his fair share of games in the next 24 months

my only concern now is left wing, we need someone incredible on that left wing to replace edrick

Can Xerri play wing? I've seen **** all of the guy.

Josh is the fastest at the dogs and has 8 tries this year.
Leutele is slower than a wet Wednesday and has scored 2.

Don’t compare Josh to Ramien, Josh is replacing leutele.

Yep an old Josh is still better than current Loots, Josh has shown over a career his ability to find the line, we need that especially with left side try machine Edrick leaving. Moylan/Wade/Josh im starting to look forward to how that could play out

Wikipedia has him at 120 tries in 250 games...that is nearly 1 try every 2 games....I bet that is a lot better than most centers we have had over the years.

If he could score 10-12 tries next year that is an upgrade on Luetele and prob Dugan.

Never thought we would be in a position to be able to complain about having Josh Morris and Josh Dugan as our Center pairing. Two former NSW and Australian Reps

Loots strike rate is woeful - 29 try's @ under 25%, roughly under one try every 4 games, for all his good points and young potential he has never delivered on the points and he is an outside back, doesn't set up many either. 50% is about where a good centre should be, then there's freaks like Ramien racking em up every week, Jesse will have Loots career try hall within a few seasons.

Half serious, half joking but between Duges, J Moz & potentially B Moz, the young guys would get a decent opportunity (go in FG) as you have already alluded to with the three guys i mentioned having there fair share of injuires.
