In good spirits, focussed on his rehab as he knows the drill.
Says he was up for a big game vs Tigers and was happy with what he managed, but will be back bigger (if possible) and stronger.

Also said hes aiming for Round 1 in Vegas...

I said 9 month to him
Ge said he wants round 1 - i dont think its possible BUT with modern facilities qnd state of the art rehab who knows

No need to rush him. He is a long term investment.

ACL generally follow a 9 month recovery proforma which details step by step what people should be doing/achieving each stage of rehab.
Id be more optimstic of a mid -end of April return to play

Yeah round 1 is 7.5 months away. Great mental goal for him, but probably unrealistic. With the split week 1, it will be 8 months come round 2. If he's back on deck for rd 6-8 he'll have done very well IMO.

Happy for him to build back up like this year and start popping back in mid season.

He's going to miss a full preseason of training so will take a while to build up his fitness for the top grade.
