Prior had some very good form on the board before he came to us though. Was very good in St George's premiership team.
we don't have an 80 minute hooker so will need someone to can fill that role as well imo.

Dont have an 80 minute hooker or dont have a game plan that involves getting players prepared to play the full 80? If Lichaa can play 80, so can anyone. He does a lot of tackling too.

going off the info on sharksforvever and a few other sites he has signed a 1 year deal with us.
i think Nu has the potential to play the full 80 at hooker. maybe not straight away but in time he could fill that role for us and do a very good job at it too.

I think he would be able to play the 80 minutes. If the other forwards help reduce his tackle load early on in the season he would probably be sweet.
I really hope he gets our starting hooker role. I am really keen to see how he goes. him and brailey rotating would be pretty good as well.

Capewell on the bench over T-Rex. If we think the hooker needs a rest Capewell can play centre for 10 minutes and Bird can have a go at dummy half. It might be a bit ugly the first few times, but I'd prefer that over carrying 2 hookers.

I would hope that by round 1 we would/should have an idea if our hooker can and will be playing 80 or not. I would prefer to carry 2 hookers than the plethora of other mid game switcheroo's proposed of late. Gives us more consistency in our structure game to game and is just far less messy.
And it seems like we are gunna have hooker depth coming out of our ass in comparison to our backline players
My feeling is that Flanno is gunna go with the straightforward approach of 2 hookers, they don't both have to play an even 40 mins each, he can adjust that on the fly depending how they are doing in the game - this on the assumption we are playing our younger inexperienced prospects
Also gives us some flexibility like if Chad's stinking it up one game Nu can go straight into halfback and Bird can stay put out wide
