I've seen two games and listened to one on the radio. He isn't a world beater but I'd prefer him to Grothe.

Grothe is garbage and will not play again after this season what's the point in giving him a game? At least Gagan MIGHT amount to something.

Who does the talent scouting and signing of players? It is a Z GRADE PERFORMANCE and if we have any professional and progressive know how they should be sacked immediately.

I know we have a lot of issues to contend with but ALLOWING FOR THAT our record is PATHETIC.

I think is down to the whole ASADA saga mate. If you put yourself in the fluro-colored boots of a player deciding between us and any other team (scratch Canberra of course!) you'd have to say that the other club would offer you a better chance to succeed.

Let's just hope they kick out the chair sooner rather than later so the players can move on... and others can move in.

Not always mate, to alot of people the Shire isnt a desirable place in general. How many players do you hear their motivation being a new life somewhere else. Players going to GC or Brisbane, even NQ. But not everyone wants to ship around sydney. Then if you have the opportunity to sign with the reigning premiers or the never been premiers, career wise, cronulla probably isnt the best move.

That being said, we have attracted some good players here, and built some better ones. But it seems as soon as we wipe of a smear of poo from the club, another 1 appears, setting back that Premiership by another 5 year years every time

Yep, fair points there champ. We're definitely the NRL's nappy... and no one wants to change us!

No doubt you are right about the ASADA ongoing saga is not helping... but our back line apart from Carnage is very very average , surely there is some up and comming talent that would see that it should not be hard to crack a first grade role with us.

Carney is the point of most of our attack and most of our kicking game , evryone knows that so that target him and shut us down, also everyone knows our right side D is very suss and leaks a lot of points.

And we still need a big strong hard running prop, if we don,t we are going to kill Gal and burn him out before his time
